To ensure business integrity, Conclude acknowledges the need that the effective management systems are in place in order to deliver value to suppliers, customers, industry organizations and colleagues. The management team set specific objectives with respect to this subject at the beginning of each year. To measure their performance, Conclude has implemented a Quality Assurance process as previously described in this proposal.
In practice Conclude has developed specific guidelines with respect to their ethos as described above. These are the following guidelines:

Conclude also recognizes the impact of employee engagement. The skills, knowledge and commitment of employees is noted as crucial to Conclude’s continued success. This makes employee satisfaction and development key subjects for the organization. /p>

Implementation of the corporate governance is continuously evolving in a similar way to the implementation of Conclude’s strategy.

To maintain employee engagement, Conclude fosters training and development initiatives including a Succession Planning Program for the Executive Team, and community engagement opportunities. By applying staff surveys, Conclude obtains feedback on an annual basis.
